Claire Evans is an emerging poet and romance writer based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a passion for passion! She began reading romance after taking a genre fiction course in college, and what she loves most about it is vivid details that play on all the senses. Some of her favorite romances are Stacia Stark’s Deals with Demons series and Nalini Singh’s Psy-Changeling series. Claire’s writing leans heavily toward the lyrical, and she always guarantees a happily-ever-after. When she’s not reading or writing, Claire can usually be found daydreaming or doing a jigsaw puzzle.

The first romance novel I read was Project Duchess by Sabrina Jeffries.

I don’t write outlines for my novels because it makes me anxious.

It took me 2+ years to finish my first manuscript.

My favorite non-romance novel is T.J. Klune’s The House in the Cerulean Sea.
